Pool Policies

The Below Aquatics & Swimming Policies have been deployed to guarantee the Safety and Enjoyment of our Members and Guests.

Sauna and Steam Room

The following rules are for your safety and convenience.

  • Please avoid the Sauna & Steam if you have high blood pressure or heart problems
  • Please avoid the Sauna & Steam if you are pregnant
  • Please avoid the Sauna & Steam if you’re under the effect of drugs, alcohols, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers
  • No entrance is permitted if you’re under the age of 16 years
  • Please shower before entering the Sauna & Steam
  • Please wear a swim suit before entering the Sauna & Steam
  • Please don’t wear undergarments beneath the swim suit
  • Please do not use any body scrub products inside the Sauna & Steam
  • Please do not apply any body or hair products before using the Sauna & Steam
  • It is recommended that you don’t eat one hour prior to using the Sauna & Steam to avoid uncomfortable cramping
  • Please do not sit naked inside the Sauna & Steam
  • It is recommended to sit on a towel inside the Sauna & Steam
  • It is recommended to wear flip flops inside the Sauna & Steam to avoid picking up bacteria
  • Wear a towel loosely in the sauna.
  • Please drink water before and after using the Sauna & Steam to avoid dehydration
  • Please limit your time in the Sauna & Steam to 10 minutes for health reasons
  • Please do not dry your wet clothes inside the Sauna
  • Please do not use the Sauna & Steam during your menstrual cycle
  • While you are inside the Sauna & Steam, always listen to your body, if you feel light headed or dizzy, leave the room immediately and grab some water
  • Please remove contact lenses, make up and accessories before entering the Sauna & Steam
  • Shower and cool down, and if you wish, return for another brief stay.
  • Dress when completely dry and perspiration stops or chilling may occur.
  • No pets allowed

 

Whirl Pool (Jacuzzi)

The following rules are for your safety and convenience.

  • Only enter the whirlpool where there are railings and steps.
  • Elderly persons and those suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter the whirlpool.
  • All persons shall bathe with warm water and soap before entering whirlpool.
  • Use by anyone under 16 is prohibited.
  • Any person known or suspected of having a communicable disease shall not use the whirlpool.
  • Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
  • Do not use alone.
  • Observe a reasonable time limit. A maximum of ten minutes is recommended. Shower and cool down, and if you wish, return for another brief stay. Long exposures may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
  • No running around the whirlpool area.
  • Absolutely no glass containers allowed in the whirlpool area.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Appropriate swim wear must be worn in the whirlpool. No cutoff jeans or long pants are allowed.
  • Pregnant persons should not use the whirlpool.
  • All persons using the whirlpool do so at their own risk and sole responsibility. The Fitness accepts no liability for the injury, death or any loss associated with the use of the whirlpool, e.g., articles of clothing, valuables, etc.
  • Maximum water temperature 40 degree
  • In case of emergency, use phone marked EMERGENCY

Pool Rules

The following rules are designed for your safety and convenience.

WARNING: NO DIVING – No Running

  • All persons shall bathe with warm water and soap before entering pool.
  • Any person known or suspected of having a communicable disease shall not use the pool.
  • Spitting or blowing the nose is prohibited while using the pool.
  • Do not use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • If no lifeguard is on duty, swimming alone is not allowed and anyone under 16 must be accompanied at all times by a person over 16 years of age.
  • Absolutely no glass is allowed in the pool area.
  • Appropriate swim wear must be worn in the pool. No cutoff jeans or long pants allowed.
  • No diapers without rubber pants are allowed in the pools.
  • No flotation devices or toys, except back bubbles and water wings, are allowed in the pool.
  • Pushing, wrestling, ball playing, dunking, splashing, or causing undue disturbance in and about the pool will not be tolerated.
  • All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.
  • The Fitness accepts no liability for the injury, death or loss associated with the use of the pool, e.g. articles of clothing, valuables, etc.
  • A T-shirt and shorts (or cover-up) and shoes must be worn when exiting the locker room and/or wet area to go to other areas of the club.
  • Running, wrestling or other rough play is not allowed.
  • Inappropriate language or behavior is not allowed
  • Lifeguards and all Aquatics Team Members must be obeyed at all times. Failure to comply with pool rules, whether written or verbal, may result in removal from the pool/or supervision or revocation of membership
  • Food and drink is not allowed in & around the pool
  • No pets allowed.

 

Opening Hours for Ladies: 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM

On Fridays: 10 AM to 5:30 PM

 

Opening Hours for Men: 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM

On Fridays: 10 AM to 7:30 AM

 

Lockers Rules

  • The Club is not liable for any loss associated with the use of the locker room, e.g., articles of clothing, valuables, etc.
  • Store all valuables in your guest room safe or in the Fitness safe deposit box.
  • Do not leave any items in the lockers overnight.
  • Do not leave valuables in locker.
  • Take key to locker with you.

 

CAUTION: Shower floors may be slippery when wet.
