Are you looking for something for your children that builds character, confidence and team work? Interested in maximizing your child’s fitness and health? CrossFit 962 Kids is our latest specialized program for turning your children into athletic heroes!
We focus on using activities that kids naturally enjoy. CrossFit Kids This is a fitness program that is safe, challenging, fun and energetic!
Your child will be in safe hands at all times because in each session a Head Coach and Assistant coaches will be present to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Building character and boosting self-reliance


To develop your child’s personality, to learn to work within teams and share with others


Developing a healthier lifestyle

Program includes:

  • Varied gymnastic moves (handstands, pushups, etc.)
  • Cardio (running, jumping, etc.)
  • Fun Sports Games
  • Friendly competitions and challenges

Ages: (7-11) years (12-16) years

Days: Saturday , Monday , Wednesday

Times: Saturday ages 7-11 at 3:00 PM , ages 12-16 at 3:45 PM
Monday ages 7-11 at 5:00 PM , ages 12-16 at 5:45 PM
