Quick 15 Sessions are a set of FREE Trainer-led gym floor sets designed by our in-11house team to maximize your workout in a fun and social environment. As the name suggests; these sessions are generally just 15 minutes long (excluding any set up or instruction time). These can be the most important 15 minutes of your week!
Our Trainer-led sessions are coded by color. The color will give you an idea about the main benefit of the class. Why exercise alone when you can have the fun of a small group fitness instructor . For a great all-round program, try them all! … Here you go …
