Are you looking for something for your children that builds character, confidence and teamwork? Interested in maximizing your child’s fitness and health? CrossFit 962 Kids is our latest specialized fitness program for turning your children into athletic heroes!
We focus on using activities that kids naturally enjoy. CrossFit Kids This is a fitness program that is safe, challenging, fun and energetic!
Your child will be in safe hands at all times because in each session a Head Coach and Assistant coaches will be present to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Programs includes:

-Varied gymnastic moves (handstands, pushups, etc.)
- Cardio (running, jumping, etc.)
- Fun Sports Games
- Friendly competitions and challenges

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Child/Teen ages:
- (7-11) years
- (12-15) years


Days:
Every Saturday, Monday and Thursday

*You can choose two days per week or three days per week

Times:
- (7-11) Years 4:30 – 5:15 PM
- (12-15) Years 5:15 – 6:00 PM
